Andrea has worked in the fields of social work and public health for several years, currently serving as a technical assistance provider with Bay State Community Services and the CSPS team. In her previous direct service roles, she worked with individuals with behavioral and mental health disorders, housing insecurity, poverty, and domestic violence. She has also driven macro-focused change in her role as a community organizer, advocating for the marriage rights of the LGBTQ community and, through her work with Girls Inc. of Lynn, empowering teen girls to lead local policy change, educate their peers, and implement evidence-based strategies. Andrea is a certified prevention specialist.
