Rachel Stoler

Technical Assistance Liaison

Rachel is the Community Health Program Manager for the Franklin Regional Council of Governments. She plays several community health roles, including co-coordinator of the Communities That Care Coalition, a regional public health coalition focused on youth health outcomes, and Mass in Motion coordinator for Franklin County, where she focuses on equitable access to opportunities for healthy eating and active living. For the CSPS team, she provides technical assistance to prevention coalitions throughout western MA. She also plays a lead role in Welcoming and Belonging Franklin County, a community of practice comprising workplace leaders interested in dismantling white dominant culture in area workplaces and community, and an active role in the Community Health Improvement Planning (CHIP) process. Rachel has lived and worked in Franklin County for 17 years.
