MassCALL3A grants are intended to build local capacity and readiness of communities to engage in a comprehensive strategic planning process to prevent youth substance misuse. These grants are provided to communities with limited or no existing capacity and infrastructure to implement a systematic public health planning process and/or a comprehensive set of evidence-based prevention programs, policies, and practices. .
CSPS and BSAS have created a strategic planning guidance document to support MassCALL3A grantees through the Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF) planning process.
