MassCALL3B grants are designed to support community efforts to prevent misuse of substances of first use (e.g., alcohol, nicotine, cannabis) among youth. These grants are provided to communities with existing capacity, infrastructure, and experience implementing a systematic public health planning process and/or implementing a comprehensive set of evidence-based prevention programs, policies, and practices.
